We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Inside Sales Representative to manage and grow a diverse portfolio of HVAC-R OEM customers across UK & Nordics countries.

This role is ideal for a sales professional who thrives in a broad-portfolio, high-impact engagement environment, building strong digital relationships while driving revenue through upselling, cross-selling, and proactive account management.

You will act as the primary commercial interface for your customers, ensuring a seamless experience while supporting Copeland’s range of compressors, electronic controls, and system solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with HVAC-R OEM customers via remote channels (video, phone, email)
  • Manage a diverse portfolio of accounts, ensuring consistent engagement and follow-up
  • Conduct regular customer check-ins to understand needs and identify growth opportunities
  • Drive upsell and cross-sell initiatives across Copeland’s product and solution portfolio
  • Lead pricing discussions and contract negotiations within defined guidelines
  • Own and maintain a healthy sales pipeline in CRM
  • Ensure accurate forecasting and proper documentation of customer interactions
  • Act as the main point of contact for assigned accounts, coordinating with internal teams when needed
  • Identify and develop “hidden champions” within customer organizations to expand business potential
  • Stay informed on HVAC-R market trends, competitors, and customer challenges

What We’re Looking For:

  • At least 2 years of experience in the sales process, account management, or technical sales, ideally in HVAC-R or related industries
  • Ability to manage a broad portfolio with strong prioritization skills
  • Solid understanding of technical products (mechanical and/or electronic components is a plus)
  • Strong communication skills, especially in remote/digital customer engagement
  • Customer-centric mindset with a proactive and solution-oriented approach
  • Experience with CRM tools and pipeline management
  • Comfortable working with targets and sales quotas
  • Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
