The Role:
As an Implementation Control Analyst, you will work on a small (but mighty!) team focusing on implementations, reimplementations, new products, and the optimization of internal processes. We're looking for people who are able to see both the big and small picture, with a detail-oriented and data driven approach to their day-to-day work.
In this role, you will complete high-volume and data-rich processes, with an eye towards constant improvement and optimization. To succeed, you will need to be an analytical, collaborative, and diligent self-starter. You will work cross-functionally with Client Success Managers, Implementation Managers, Client Support, Payment Operations, and other internal teams to ensure successful implementations of our product to new clients.

How You Will Make an Impact:

  • Subject matter expert in DailyPay backend product, implementations, and re-implementations
  • Conduct comprehensive quality assurance and data analysis to assess risk exposure for new client implementations and existing client re-implementations to mitigate operational risk exposure
  • Quickly and confidently make data-driven decisions based on comprehensive quality assurance and data analysis
  • Own end-to-end payday default incident process, ensuring issues are escalated, reviewed, and resolved
  • Communicate effectively and efficiently cross-functionally with internal stakeholders on tasks and milestones during implementations and re-implementations
  • Work collaboratively to identify, investigate, and resolve payment and product issues for continued evolution of operational functions


What You Bring to The Team:

  • Bachelor's degree with 1+ years of experience in operations or finance
  • Critical thinking, adaptability, and thinking on your feet
  • Ability to take initiative and be a proactive problem solver
  • Strong Excel and analytical skills
  • Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced team environment
  • Excellent project management skills and a high level of attention to detail
  • Great communication skills
  • Occasional need to work outside of normal business hours as required to support customers may be required


Nice to Haves:

  • Analytical, auditing, or quality assurance experience
  • Previous experience at a rapid-growth company
  • SQL experience

Pay Transparency. DailyPay takes a market-based approach to compensation, which may vary depending on your location. Additionally, this role may be eligible for variable incentive compensation in addition to stock options. Where a candidate fits within the compensation range for a role is based on their demonstrated experience, qualifications, skills and internal equity.
Belfast Compensation Range
£27,000 - £35,000 GBP
