This Position reports to:

Manufacturing Unit Manager


 

In this role, you will have the opportunity to contribute to improving Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) performance in your assigned area of responsibility to cultivate a high-performance culture with a strong focus on HSE. The role will focus on supporting initiatives aimed at improving the safety culture within our manufacturing site in Garbagnate Monastero.

The work model for the role is: #LI-Hybrid
This role is contributing to the ELSP Hub Eu Manufacturing Unit in Garbagnate Monastero in Italy
You will be mainly accountable for:

  • Participate in HSE improvement projects with a focus on behavioral safety and risk awareness.

  • Support the implementation of safety campaigns and training activities.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to promote a proactive HSE culture.

  • Assist in data collection, analysis, and reporting related to safety performance.

You will join a dynamic and supportive environment to learn and grow

Qualifications for the role

  • Degree or ongoing studies in Environmental or Chemical Engineering, Occupational Safety, Industrial Management, or related fields.

  • Interest and passion in HSE topics and continuous improvement.

  • Good communication, organization and teamwork skills.

  • Proficiency in English and Italian languages.
