Position Overview: HR Generalist

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Generalist with a strong background in systems administration and onboarding. This role offers the opportunity to work in a truly global, dynamic, and fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will support day-to-day HR operations across EMEA & APAC, with flexibility to provide remote support to additional global regions as needed.

This position is based in our Banbridge HQ.

What You’ll Do

  • Systems Administration & HRIS Management
    • Maintain and update HR systems and databases, ensuring accuracy and data integrity.
    • Administer user access, troubleshoot system issues, and liaise with IT and vendors as needed.
    • Generate regular reports and dashboards on HR metrics for leadership.
  • Onboarding & Offboarding
    • Coordinate end-to-end onboarding processes including system setup, and compliance checks.
    • Ensure all onboarding documentation is completed and stored appropriately.
    • Manage offboarding procedures including exit interviews and system deactivation.
  • HR Operations
    • Support the hiring process including background checks, reference checks, and administrative tasks.
    • Ensure compliance with UK and Irish employment law through regular audits and policy reviews.
    • Maintain personnel files and ensure all HR documentation is current and securely stored.
  • Employee Relations & Compliance
    • Support positive employee relations and assist in resolving employee concerns.
    • Implement and monitor HR policies and procedures, including disciplinary and grievance processes.
    • Collaborate with global HR colleagues to ensure consistent practices across regions.
  • General Responsibilities
    • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
    • Stay informed on legislative changes and implement updates as needed.
    • Undertake training and development as required.
    • Perform other duties as reasonably assigned.

What You Need to Succeed

  • Degree or CIPD accreditation preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years’ general HR experience, with a strong emphasis on systems administration and onboarding.
  • Proficient in HRIS platforms and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Solid understanding of UK and Irish employment law.
  • Excellent organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively across time zones.
  • Commitment to fairness, equality, and diversity.
  • Flexibility to work across NI and ROI offices.
