About the Human Resource (HR) Admin Specialist Job:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Admin Specialist to support our HR and Admin operations and ensure smooth day-to-day functions. This role will be responsible for administrative tasks across recruitment, employee relations, payroll, training, and compliance, contributing to an efficient and engaged workplace.
Key Responsibilities:
- HR Administration & Compliance:
- Maintain and update employee record.
- Prepare and process HR-related documents, including contracts, letters, and policies.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies.
- Process HR-related invoices and reimbursement documentation.
- Payroll & Benefits Administration:
- Support payroll processing by collecting and verifying attendance and leave records.
- Assist employees with benefits enrollment and inquiries.
- Employee Relations & Engagement:
- Act as a point of contact for employee queries and concerns.
- Support HR initiatives related to employee engagement, well-being, and retention.
- Assist in organizing company events, training sessions, and team-building activities.
- Office Management
- Manage office supplies and inventory.
- Coordinate maintenance of office equipment.
- Provide administrative support to various departments.
Main Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of HR experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and administrative skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
