Role SummaryThe People ops Specialist will play a key role in supporting the International. People ops team across daily operations, ensuring a smooth employee experience and that processes are followed. This position focuses on hris system administration, benefits & leave management, and employee support.
Key ResponsibilitiesSupport general HR operations through regular reporting and coordination, contributing to a consistent, positive, and engaging employee experience.
Coordinate with relevant stakeholders to support audits, compliance checks, and continuous improvement of HR administrative processes.
Serve as a first point of contact for employees’ day-to-day employee inquiries, providing timely and accurate information, and escalating complex issues to HR when needed.
Handle and coordinate the implementation of employee benefits and oversee all ongoing benefits-related processes to ensure smooth operation and compliance.
Plan, arrange, and track wellness sessions, maintaining accurate records and participation details.
Track, monitor, and maintain employee leave balances across systems.
Collect and consolidate overtime (OT) and other non-confidential employee data from respective people managers, ensuring accuracy and timely submission.
Ensure HR policies and the Code of Conduct are implemented, report on adherence and flag needs for updates as required.
1–2 years of experience in HR administration or people operations management.
Strong English communication skills required.
Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain confidentiality.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency with HR systems, scheduling tools, and Microsoft/Google Suite.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
