About the HRBP Role
We're seeking a dedicated HR Business Partner to join our UK Operations People and Performance team as a key member at our Kitt Green Factory in Wigan, Europe's largest Food & Beverage manufacturing site.
As a vital part of our business, the People and Performance team is responsible for upholding our company culture, recognising and retaining top talent through our innovative rewards system. In this role, you'll have the opportunity to shape and implement the strategic plan and lead on our HR budget, aligning with our overall company strategy. You'll balance day-to-day activities with strategic planning and project participation, gaining valuable experience in a HR function within a global food industry leader.

What You'll Be Doing
- Developing and implementing our People strategy, HR KPIs, and talent management plans to drive business results;
- Align organisational structure, define rewards plans, and manage budgets;
- Collaborate with manufacturing heads to optimize costs and efficiency;
- Partner with Talent Acquisition to recruit, select, and onboard top talent;
- Identify development gaps and propose training solutions to support business needs;
- Design and deliver programs to enhance employee engagement and development;
- Lead employee services, including relations, communications, and discipline / grievance management;
- Negotiate with councils and unions while maintaining positive business relationships;
- Drive continuous improvement through project implementation and process standardisation;
- Analyse data to advise people strategy and initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
What You'll Have
- Bachelors or Master's Degree / CIPD L7 qualified;
- Experience in manufacturing and fast-paced environment an essential;
- Experience working alongside a Union;
- Ability to meet deadlines and cope with high-volume workload;
- Outstanding prioritisation skills;
- Ability to influence both inside and outside you immediate peer group.
