Join our dynamic HR team as an HR Business Advisor, where you'll play a pivotal role in executing strategic priorities and supporting leaders across the organization. This is your opportunity to make a significant impact by partnering with senior HR leaders and managers to drive the people agenda and foster a culture of excellence.
As an HR Business Advisor in our firmwide HR Business Advisor organization, you will collaborate with managers at various levels to implement strategic priorities set by senior leaders. Reporting to the HR Business Advisor Lead, you will support Senior Leaders within a specific line of business, providing essential HR guidance and facilitating key HR processes.
This position will report to the HR Business Advisor Lead and be aligned to support Senior Leaders and Leaders within a specific line of business (LOB).
Job responsibilities

  • Support the implementation of people agenda initiatives for a business area
  • Provide day-to-day advice on human capital matters
  • Advise business leadership on structuring and re-organizational changes
  • Support the year-end compensation process, ensuring accuracy and alignment
  • Partner with leaders on performance and talent management cycles
  • Facilitate feedback processes and employee input initiatives
  • Provide development and coaching support to managers and emerging leaders
  • Offer front-line support for HR risk and controls initiatives
  • Provide project management support for HR-related initiatives
  • Analyze data and trends to recommend process improvements
  • Partner with HR colleagues to drive efficiencies and leverage best practices


Required qualifications, capabilities and skills

  • Relevant Human Resource experience (HR Business Advisor experience preferred)
  • Bachelor's Degree required; advanced degree desired
  • Knowledge of people practices: goal setting, performance assessment, compensation, talent management
  • Project management abilities and process improvement skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint
  • Strong analytical and technical skills for data-driven HR strategies
  • Ability to navigate a global matrix organization and partner across HR and business
  • Collaborative mindset with strong relationship-building skills
  • Proven ability to coach employees and management through complex issues
  • Exceptional judgment and decision-making skills in a fast-paced environment
