About the role:

Join one of the world's leading independent enterprise software support providers and build your HR career in a fast-growing global technology business.

As part of a growing HR team, you'll work closely with the HR Manager, COO, Operations team, and colleagues across the business, gaining exposure to the full employee lifecycle while supporting employees across multiple regions.

From day one, you'll be involved in a broad range of HR activities, supporting the end-to-end employee lifecycle through high-quality HR administration. • Supporting HR processes in collaboration with IT, Finance, Operations, and managers
  • Assisting with benefits administration, absence tracking, and employee lifecycle changes
  • Supporting HR reporting, audits, and compliance activities, including ISO aligned documentation
  • Supporting HR meetings, capturing actions, and ensuring follow-ups are completed
  • Identifying opportunities to improve processes and helping us continuously enhance our HR operations.

What we’re looking for:

We’re looking for someone who is passionate about building their HR career, enjoys improving the way things work, and takes pride in delivering a great experience for employees.

You’ll be someone who:

  • Has experience in HR administration, HR coordination, HR officer, HR assistant, people coordinator, or people operations support roles
  • Understands core HR processes and UK employment fundamentals
  • Is highly organised, enjoys getting into the detail, and takes ownership of delivering accurate, high-quality work
  • Communicates confidently and builds strong relationships across teams
  • Enjoys managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, changing environment
  • Has experience using HR systems and maintaining accurate employee data
  • Handles confidential information with professionalism and discretion
  • Brings a proactive, solutions-focused mindset and looks for ways to improve processes
  • Is curious about HR technology, systems, and new ways of working
  • Is willing to roll up their sleeves, support the wider team, and get involved wherever needed in a growing HR function

If you're looking to build a long-term career in HR, thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy delivering high-quality work, and are excited by the opportunity to learn and grow with a business that invests in its people, we'd love to hear from you. What you need to know about the Belfast Tech Scene

If asked to name the birthplace of the RMS Titanic, you might not say Belfast. Similarly, if asked to name Europe's leading destination for foreign direct investment in new software development, Belfast might not come to mind. Yet, both are true. The city has emerged as a tech powerhouse, recently ranked among the best in the U.K. for tech careers — especially for software developers. It also leads the U.K. with the highest percentage of software development jobs advertised.
