Role

We are seeking a dedicated and service-driven Head of Villa Hosts who embodies Aman’s commitment to personalised, intuitive and exceptional hospitality to join Amanzoe, in the Peloponnese, Greece. Reporting to the Villa Manager, the Villa Supervisor oversees all aspects of villa operations, ensuring seamless communication, refined service delivery and consistent support for Villa Hosts. This hands-on leadership role requires strong organizational skills, professionalism and a genuine passion for creating memorable villa experiences for our guests.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure that all villa operations are performed to Aman standards with diligence and precision.

  • Lead and support the Villa Hosts, including conducting daily briefings with the team.

  • Implement resort policies and procedures, providing corrective training when needed.

  • Ensure accurate sharing of guest information across relevant departments.

  • Respond promptly and professionally to guest inquiries and concerns.

  • Handle guest complaints calmly and diplomatically, offering swift and effective solutions.

  • Assist in planning activities, excursions and special arrangements for guests.

  • Safeguard the wellbeing and performance of team members.

  • Anticipate guest needs proactively and exceed expectations to enhance satisfaction.

  • Ensure the team is equipped with the necessary tools to provide exceptional service.

  • Inspect villas prior to guest arrival, ensuring readiness and immaculate presentation.

  • Oversee the guest journey throughout their stay, ensuring a seamless and memorable experience.

Requirements

  • Strong knowledge of Food and Beverage operations.

  • Proficiency in Micros.

  • Professional, diplomatic and guest-focused attitude.

  • Fluency in English.

  • Refined public relations and interpersonal skills.

  • Excellent communication skills and email etiquette.

  • Ability to manage stress and multitask effectively.

  • Strong teamwork mindset.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

  • You must have the legal right to work in Greece.
