Since 2015, we've achieved consecutive triple-digit year-over-year growth, all backed by our fantastic team of Bobbers from across the globe, making us the choice HRIS of over 4500 companies.
Our HR platform is intuitive, data-driven, and built for the way people work today: globally, remotely, and collaboratively. Nearly 400 fast-growing companies worldwide, including GoCardless, Fiverr, Fulham Football Club, and Huel, rely on HiBob to help them create the best work experiences for their employees.
Come and be you with us.
Being a Bobber is all about being you. We want you to bring your whole self to work with the freedom and confidence to be your best and do your best. Whether you're bold, thoughtful, curious, kind, or anything in between, we'll welcome you just as you are.
As Head of Marketing for UKI, you'll shape and deliver regional marketing strategies that drive awareness, engagement, and pipeline growth. You'll lead a talented team in executing full-funnel campaigns, elevating HiBob's brand presence, and creating a meaningful impact across the market.
Reporting to the Head of EMEA Markets, you'll collaborate closely with Sales and cross-functional teams to align strategy, optimise performance, and translate marketing activity into measurable business results. This is a role for a hands-on, commercially minded leader who combines strategic thinking with flawless execution and a passion for growth.
Job Requirements
Requirements
  • Requirements often reflect how equipped someone is to do the job - but they're not the only thing that matters. If you don't tick every box, we'd still love to hear from you. This could be the perfect fit for you and for us.
  • Extensive experience in B2B SaaS marketing, with a strong record of driving measurable pipeline growth and revenue impact.
  • Proven ability to plan and execute integrated, full-funnel marketing programs across SMB, mid-market, and enterprise segments.
  • Commercially minded with a solid grasp of key marketing metrics, including CAC, CLTV, and pipeline velocity, and the ability to connect marketing performance to business outcomes.
  • Deep understanding of regional go-to-market dynamics, competitive landscapes, and buyer personas across HR, Finance, and leadership audiences.
  • Skilled at collaborating with senior stakeholders and representing the marketing function as a trusted and strategic partner within the region.

Note: We will only consider candidates who can work from our London office 2-3 days a week (Tuesday to Thursday). We value in-person collaboration and connection, and look forward to working together as a team.
Job Responsibilities
What will you do?
  • Own and execute the marketing strategy for the UKI region, aligning with global priorities and local market needs.
  • Translate business goals into actionable plans that drive growth, enhance brand visibility, and positively impact the pipeline.
  • Utilise data and insights to inform strategy, striking a balance between long-term direction and agile, commercial execution.
  • Deliver full-funnel programs across brand, demand generation, ABM, and customer marketing to drive and accelerate pipeline.
  • Partner with Sales to align on pipeline targets, improve conversion rates, and demonstrate marketing's revenue impact.
  • Embed customer advocacy and success stories into campaigns to strengthen regional engagement.
  • Lead and develop a high-performing regional marketing team, fostering collaboration and accountability throughout the organisation.
  • Work cross-functionally with Sales, Product, CS, RevOps, and Finance to ensure unified GTM alignment.
  • Oversee regional channels, including events, content, PR, and digital, to grow awareness and demand.
  • Collaborate with global brand and comms teams to amplify HiBob's presence and influence across the market.

What you need to know about the Belfast Tech Scene

If asked to name the birthplace of the RMS Titanic, you might not say Belfast. Similarly, if asked to name Europe's leading destination for foreign direct investment in new software development, Belfast might not come to mind. Yet, both are true. The city has emerged as a tech powerhouse, recently ranked among the best in the U.K. for tech careers — especially for software developers. It also leads the U.K. with the highest percentage of software development jobs advertised.
