We’re looking for a visionary Head of Product & Content Marketing to lead our global marketing strategy and team. This is a unique opportunity to take ownership and make a significant impact at a fast-growing B2B SaaS scale-up!
This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, loves driving cross-functional initiatives, and is eager to shape both product and content marketing at a global level.
AMONG OTHER THINGS YOU WILL
- Develop strategies and programs to embed customer, product and market insights into the core of global go-to-market strategies
- Establish value-based product and company positioning that is clear, compelling, and competitive & aligned to the business strategy. Leverage customer & market insights, ICP and buyer personal analysis, to nail the perfect position for PlanRadar.
- Define plans for major product releases in collaboration with product, sales, CS, digital education and other marketing teams (demand gen, PR) to meet pipeline attainment goals
- Oversee the customer journey within the product, developing in-product activations to increase user engagement and reduce friction
- Deliver best-in-class marketing & sales content for target segments/ICPs, buyer personas, and use cases enabling the organisation to attract, engage, win, and retain audiences
- Oversee the development of scalable, data-driven global email marketing initiatives that nurture, engage, and convert leads through the lifecycle

- 10 years combined experience in product marketing & content marketing. Minimum 5 years in product marketing & 5 years in content marketing
- At least 5 years in leadership roles ideally gained in multiple organizations.
- Results-Driven – Translate strategy into execution with a strong focus on performance metrics, efficiency, and business impact.
- Growth-Orientated – Identify new opportunities, experiments with emerging trends, and continuously refines strategies to drive sustainable growth.

For applicants in Austria, the annual gross minimum salary is determined according to the collective agreement for this position, based on Austrian law.
