Who are OnCommerce?

OnCommerce is a global selling platform that powers a growing network of retail channels, including:

  • OnBuy - The only marketplace in the world to give customers instant Cashback on everything
  • easyShop - An all-new marketplace created in collaboration with the easy® family of brands
  • Comet - The iconic UK tech brand making its return later this year

OnCommerce is growing fast, launching new brands and scaling to power the future of ecommerce.

Be Part of the Story

OnCommerce is constantly evolving. Everyone here plays a hands-on role in shaping what comes next, building brands that make an impact across global markets. There’s no red tape or rigid corporate structure; just smart people taking ownership and figuring things out as we build something big together. The pace is fast, priorities shift, things aren’t always perfectly set up, and you’ll often need to get stuck in and solve problems. But if you thrive in that kind of environment, you’ll have real influence, real ownership, and the chance to grow with a rapidly scaling business.

About the Role

We are hiring a Head of Performance Marketing to own and scale OnBuy’s performance marketing engine.

This role is accountable for delivering GMV growth at target contribution across a ~£200m+ portfolio through segmentation, systems, data activation, and disciplined experimentation.

  • Channel mix, budget allocation, and contribution guardrails
  • Propensity model activation: how predictive signals are tested, trusted, and operationalised.
  • Measurement truth: incrementality, halo, MMM, attribution

What you need to know about the Belfast Tech Scene

If asked to name the birthplace of the RMS Titanic, you might not say Belfast. Similarly, if asked to name Europe's leading destination for foreign direct investment in new software development, Belfast might not come to mind. Yet, both are true. The city has emerged as a tech powerhouse, recently ranked among the best in the U.K. for tech careers — especially for software developers. It also leads the U.K. with the highest percentage of software development jobs advertised.
