Profile OverviewAs the Head of Enterprise Sales, you will lead our growing sales team and report directly to our Director of Growth. You'll be instrumental in scaling our enterprise revenue by transforming our sales operations and driving strategic growth initiatives. This role requires a proven sales leader who can build robust outbound processes, optimize existing workflows, and enhance our account management capabilities to accelerate our path to enterprise market leadership.
Your responsibilities- Build and implement a comprehensive outbound sales practice from the ground up, including prospecting strategies, lead qualification frameworks, and systematic outreach processes
- Lead, mentor, and scale our sales team while establishing clear performance metrics, compensation structures, and professional development programs
- Optimize existing sales processes to reduce cycle times, improve conversion rates, and enhance overall efficiency across the entire sales funnel
- Enhance account management practices by developing customer success playbooks, expansion strategies, and retention programs to maximize customer lifetime value
- Collaborate with marketing to refine account-based marketing processes, targeting ideal customer profiles, and aligning messaging for enterprise prospects
- Establish sales forecasting and pipeline management systems to provide accurate revenue predictions and data-driven insights to leadership
- Partner with product and engineering teams to gather customer feedback and influence product roadmap decisions based on enterprise market needs
- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new product launches and market expansion initiatives
- Create and maintain comprehensive sales documentation, training materials, and best practices to ensure consistent team performance
- Represent Prerender at industry events, conferences, and customer meetings to build relationships and drive brand awareness in the enterprise segment
- Drive cross-functional collaboration with support, product, and engineering teams to ensure seamless customer experience from prospect to long-term client
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field; MBA preferred
- 7+ years of B2B enterprise SaaS sales experience with a proven track record of consistently exceeding quota and driving revenue growth
- At least 3 years of sales leadership experience managing and developing high-performing sales teams in a global, remote environment
- Experience with technical SEO products, web technologies, or developer tools strongly preferred
- Demonstrated success building outbound sales processes, including prospecting, qualification methodologies, and systematic approach to enterprise sales cycles
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with ability to engage C-level executives and technical stakeholders across global markets
