Reporting to our Chief Marketing Officer, this senior leadership role is at the helm of marketing transformation. You’ll define and deliver enterprise-aligned content and customer strategies across all channels including email, in-app, and web fuelled by deep customer insight and future-focused Martech. Your remit spans strategy, execution, stakeholder alignment, agency leadership, and ongoing innovation in marketing performance.
Key Responsibilities include:
Provide strategic direction across customer and content marketing, aligned with Enterprise goals
Lead insight-driven, integrated marketing plans across email, in-app, and web platforms
Drive customer engagement through content effectiveness, SEO, and performance optimisation
Embed customer insights into lifecycle marketing strategies and test-and-learn execution
Ensure all content supports broader business priorities and customer relevance
Champion cross-functional collaboration and build strong stakeholder relationships
Manage strategic agency partnerships and oversee delivery of award-winning work
Leverage Martech and automation to enable scalable, personalised marketing
Stay ahead of industry trends and optimise content performance via SEO and engagement metrics
Oversee budget and resource planning for marketing initiatives
Inspire and coach a high-performing team, foster trust, accountability, and innovation
Navigate competing priorities with agility, clarity, and focus

15+ years in senior marketing roles with a focus on customer marketing, lifecycle strategy, and enterprise collaboration
Proven leadership of high-performing teams and delivery of commercially impactful marketing programs
Deep expertise in customer insights, segmentation, and data-led strategy
Strong commercial acumen with ability to influence senior stakeholders and boards
Experience in complex, data-rich sectors such as financial services, telco, or energy
Skilled in managing agency ecosystems and developing impactful briefs
Confident communicator, able to simplify complexity and drive stakeholder alignment
CRM expert with strong Martech capabilities and a future-focused mindset
Content strategy experience across digital channels, including SEO, UX, and performance optimisation
Tertiary qualification in marketing, business, or a related field
High accountability, pace, and quality in delivery
Strong synthesis, decision-making, and relationship-building skills
Collaborative and influential at all levels with a bias for action and impact
