As Head of Affiliates, you will play a vital role in driving the success of our affiliate marketing program. You will be responsible for establishing and maintaining strong relationships with affiliate partners, optimizing performance, and driving revenue growth through effective affiliate recruitment, activation, and retention strategies. Your knowledge of affiliate marketing, excellent communication skills, and analytical mindset will be essential in achieving our business goals. 

We are looking for someone who:

  • Has proven experience in a similar role within the online gaming industry;
  • Has a strong understanding of affiliate marketing principles, strategies, and best practices;
  • Demonstrates experience in managing affiliate programs and driving affiliate revenue growth;
  • Is familiar with affiliate tracking platforms, performance metrics, and reporting tools;
  • Has excellent negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with affiliate partners; 
  • Has previous experience in managing teams;
  • Has an analytical mindset and proficiency in using data-driven insights to optimize affiliate campaigns and performance;
  • Has strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines;
  • Proves great communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Knows online gaming industry trends, player behavior, and marketing tactics;
  • Is fluent in English.

What you'll be doing:

  • Lead, manage and develop the affiliate marketing team and program across multiple markets;
  • Manage expansion into new markets;
  • Manage relationships with suppliers;
  • Work closely with senior internal stakeholders across commercial, marketing and finance to set commercial targets and KPIs;
  • Develop and execute the affiliate marketing strategy to drive player acquisition, revenue growth, and brand exposure;
  • Identify and recruit new affiliate partners, evaluate partnership opportunities, and negotiate competitive commission structures and terms;
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with affiliate partners, providing ongoing support, guidance, and resources to maximize their performance;
  • Monitor and analyze affiliate performance, track key metrics, and provide regular reporting to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and initiatives;
  • Develop and implement strategies to activate and engage affiliates, providing them with marketing materials, promotional offers, and incentives;
  • Continuously optimize affiliate campaigns and initiatives, including landing pages, creatives, and promotional materials, to improve conversion rates and maximize ROI;
  • Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to identify new opportunities and adjust strategies accordingly;
  • Collaborate with marketing, design, and content teams to develop compelling affiliate marketing materials and assets;
  • Ensure compliance with affiliate marketing guidelines, regulations, and industry best practices;
  • Keep abreast of emerging affiliate marketing tools, platforms, and technologies to enhance program effectiveness and efficiency;
