This role is about owning evaluation-stage execution in the field - and keeping it tightly connected to how HiBob evolves.
As the GTM value enablement manager for evaluation, your primary focus is enabling customer-facing teams to run confident, value-led evaluation conversations that progress deals into proof. You spend most of your time with the field: training teams, coaching live opportunities, reviewing demos and calls, and partnering with sales leaders to raise the bar on evaluation quality.
A critical part of this role is staying closely aligned to product momentum. Evaluation is where new capabilities must be positioned clearly, confidently and credibly - which means demo mastery, value stories and competitive positioning need to evolve in lockstep with Tier 1 and Tier 2 product launches.
This is a hands-on, highly visible role. You are not operating at arm's length from the field or from Product. Your impact shows up directly in demo quality, buyer confidence and evaluation-to-proof conversion.

Job Requirements
Skills and experience
- 5-7 years of experience in sales enablement, AE enablement, mid-funnel sales or a similar GTM role.
- Background supporting global sales teams, ideally in SaaS or high-growth environments.
- Strong understanding of evaluation motions, demo structures and competitive positioning.
- Skilled facilitator capable of delivering engaging training across regions and seniority levels.
- Ability to translate GTM strategy, product narratives and persona insights into practical field enablement.
- Comfortable analysing deal data and converting insights into programme improvements.
- Strong organisational, communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Job Responsibilities
What you will you manage in value management
You will have clear ownership for evaluation-stage value enablement , including:
- Training AEs and AMs to confidently run value-led, first-intro demos across HiBob's four core modules - focusing on the art of the possible and business outcomes, before deeper technical demonstrations are led by solution engineers.
- How customer-facing teams use value-led product messaging to run compelling, differentiated evaluation conversations.
- How first-intro demos are structured, delivered and reinforced across regions and segments.
- Enabling teams to connect HiBob's platform and modules to buyer priorities, outcomes and success criteria.
- Competitive positioning and objection handling that feels credible, confident and buyer-relevant.
- Training teams to run evaluation conversations that progress deals cleanly into proof.
- Coaching reps through live demos, call reviews, role plays, deal clinics and QBRs.
- Partnering with sales leadership to define what "great evaluation" looks like by segment and role.
- Using AI-powered call and demo analysis to identify gaps in value articulation and evaluation quality.
- Partnering with RevOps and the AI team to embed value-led evaluation guidance into the AI coach and supporting workflows.
- Acting as the evaluation voice within the broader GTM value enablement team, shaping mid-funnel enablement priorities globally.
What you will own in product enablement
Alongside field enablement, you will play a critical role in evaluation-stage product enablement , ensuring teams stay current, confident and credible as the product evolves.
This includes:
- Supporting Tier 1 and Tier 2 strategic product launches from an evaluation perspective.
- Coordinating closely with Product and product marketing to understand new capabilities, positioning and intended buyer value.
- Translating new product value stories into evaluation-ready demo narratives and talk tracks.
- Designing and delivering dedicated enablement sessions that show teams how to evaluate with new capabilities , not just what has shipped.
- Ensuring demo mastery and evaluation guidance stay tightly aligned to recent and upcoming releases.
In this role, product launches are not one-off events - they are a continuous input into how evaluation conversations are run in the field.
What you will NOT be responsible for
You are focused on value and product application in evaluation conversations, not operational mechanics. You will not need to own:
- Technical deep dive demo mastery for customer facing team
- Sales process design, CRM stages or tooling.
Demo infrastructure, technical environments or solution engineering workflows. - Core sales methodology, forecasting or inspection cadence.
- Creation of core product messaging, personas or competitive narratives from scratch.
Instead, you work in close partnership with Product, product marketing, revenue enablement and RevOps - ensuring their work shows up powerfully in real buyer evaluations.
