What will I be doing?
As Growth Marketing Manager, you'll play a critical role in accelerating Kaluza’s brand reach, commercial pipeline, and digital performance across global markets. Reporting to the Head of Marketing Communications, you’ll lead demand strategies that drive awareness, engagement, and acquisition — all while strengthening our long-term brand equity.
You’ll own and optimise campaigns across key digital channels, act as a HubSpot power user, and bring a data-first, test-and-learn mindset to innovative digital campaigns. Working closely with product marketing, content, design, partnerships and business development, you’ll be at the centre of a collaborative commercial team driving business growth and cementing Kaluza as an industry thought leader.
ResponsibilitiesBuilding brand equity
- Drive brand growth through multi-channel digital campaigns that elevate Kaluza’s positioning in key markets.
- Work with product marketing, content and design to align messaging and creative across touchpoints – from the website and social media to partner campaigns.
- Lead website CRO, landing page performance and A/B testing to maximise reach and conversion.
- Implement SEO strategies to increase organic visibility and traffic quality.
Lead generation & nurture
- Design and execute cross-channel campaigns that drive awareness, consideration and qualified leads – across paid social, email/CRM, SEO, events, partners and the website.
- Partner closely with Business Development and Partnerships teams to create seamless lead flows and aligned campaign strategies.
- Act as HubSpot power user and admin – owning campaign setup, automation, reporting and optimisation.
- Own the strategy and roadmap for Kaluza’s website – ensuring it drives lead generation, showcases our value proposition, and continuously improves user experience.
Brand awareness & positioning
- Drive brand growth through multi-channel digital campaigns that elevate Kaluza’s positioning in key markets.
- Work with product marketing, content and design to align messaging and creative across touchpoints – from the website and social media to partner campaigns.
- Lead website CRO, landing page performance and A/B testing to maximise reach and conversion.
- Implement SEO strategies to increase organic visibility and traffic quality.
Data-led optimisation
- Develop a deep understanding of Kaluza’s proposition, customer personas and GTM strategy — and translate this into digital campaigns that deliver.
- Use tools like GA4, HubSpot, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, SEMrush and Hotjar to analyse, optimise and report on performance across the funnel.
- Track brand equity signals such as branded search, social followers and engagement, LinkedIn brand mentions, and referral traffic.
- Share insights and performance updates with internal stakeholders, up to SLT, and help activate commercial teams to extend campaign reach.
About You
You’ll be a growth-focused digital marketer with a strong foundation in demand generation and a passion for building modern, measurable brand strategies. You thrive in a collaborative, data-rich environment, and know how to connect messaging, creative and channel strategy to drive both short-term leads and long-term brand value.
Ideally you’ll have/be
- Experience in growth or digital marketing roles, ideally in B2B SaaS or technology-led businesses
- Hands-on experience running campaigns across paid social, CRM/email, website and SEO
- Deep expertise with HubSpot – including campaign setup, automation workflows and performance dashboards
- Proven ability to build, manage and optimise a B2B website for UX, lead generation and SEO performance
- Strong analytical mindset – confident using tools like GA4, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, SEMrush and Hotjar to generate insights and improve results
- Comfortable presenting performance updates and recommendations to internal stakeholders, including senior leadership
- A collaborative approach – you work well across teams and are excited to bring others along on the journey

- Familiarity with AI tools or data-driven personalisation in digital marketing
- A test-and-learn mindset, with experience leading A/B testing and conversion optimisation initiatives
