About the Role
As a Go To Market Communications Manager, your primary responsibility will be to drive operational success for the Enablement function through communications, program coordination, and cross-functional alignment. Specifically, your focus will be to:
- Own the planning and development of high-quality communications to be shared across the Go-To-Market teams using multiple platforms to strengthen employee engagement and promote learning across all customer-facing roles.
- Identify the most effective distribution channels (e.g., newsletters, Slack, All Hands, etc.) to maximize reach and engagement.
- Develop and monitor key metrics to ensure achievement of business goals and objectives
- Leverage data to make recommendations and decisions to optimize communication strategies, plans, and investments.
- Create, drive, and enforce consistent communications request and intake processes.
- Support project planning, tracking, and execution to ensure milestones are met and blockers are addressed
- Foster strong partnerships with key stakeholders-acting as a connector between Enablement and cross-functional teams-to align timelines and deliverables
- Build scalable systems, documentation, templates, and repositories to improve consistency and visibility of programs
The skills you'll bring include:
- Experience with delivering employee communications and engagement platforms
- Strong communication and storytelling skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and meet deadlines
- High level of organisation, attention to detail, and accountability
- Collaborative mindset with ability to influence without authority
- 5+ years of experience in program management, enablement operations, field communications, or GTM support in B2B SaaS
- Experience partnering with cross-functional teams in fast-paced environments
- Proficiency with tools like Google Workspace, project management platforms (e.g., Asana, Monday.com, or Smartsheet), and Slack
- Familiarity with enablement, sales, or customer success functions
- Ability to simplify and translate complex information for broad audiences
- Comfort operating in dynamic, evolving business environments
