Are you a dynamic leader with experience in managing critical business systems or financial services platforms?

⁠We are looking for a Group Business and Payment Systems Manager to take full ownership of our enterprise business applications and payment systems. In this role you will play a critical part in overseeing system updates, upgrades and integrations, while collaborating closely with vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless operations and maximum efficiency.

You will work directly with the Group ITMS Manager and cross-functional teams to ensure systems are aligned with business goals, user needs, and deliver optimal performance.

As a Group Business and Payment Systems Manager, some of your main accountabilities will be:

  • Contribute to Strategic Development and Oversight of Financial Services and Payment Systems networks by ensuring secure and reliable services and driving rollout of scalable, high-performing payment products.
  • Manage Internal Business Applications, to ensure seamless integration and operational efficiency across departments. Collaborating closely with our vendors, lead strategic system upgrades, manage troubleshooting efforts.
  • Collaborate with Product Teams and Product Owners, to align infrastructure with product requirements and ensure optimal service delivery by developing and maintaining SLAs.
  • Design the operating and support model of Internal Applications and customer-facing services to enhance service reliability and scalability.
  • Work closely with security team to align with compliance standards (e.g., GDPR, PCI DSS) and contribute to the development of business continuity and disaster recovery plans.
  • Manage Vendor relationships and negotiate SLAs, monitoring performance for both Internal and External Systems, using specific tools and KPIs.
  • Lead a Cross-Functional Team, enhancing collaboration between people handing Internal Applications and those managing external financial services infrastructures, promoting a continuous improvement and innovation culture.
Requirements

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • Advanced certifications or a Master’s degree in a relevant field are a plus.
  • Approx. 10 years of experience in similar roles, preferably within FinTech or Insurance Industries.
  • Hands-on technical experience managing enterprise applications (ERP/SAP, CRM/Salesforce) and payment systems.
  • Experience with  ERP (SAP) and CRM (Salesforce).
  • Understanding of security and regulatory standards (e.g., PCI DSS, GDPR).
  • Experience in negotiating SLAs and managing vendor performance.
  • Fluency in Greek & English language.
