Location: Flexible/ home-based in EMEA region (Czech Republic, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Italy, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Spain, UK).

Travel: within EU 5-10%
- Resolve Complex Customs Compliance Issues: Analyze and resolve customs compliance challenges, providing practical and compliant solutions to management and business partners.
- Expertise in Tariff Code Classification & Export Controls: Ensure accurate classification and compliance with country of origin determination and export controls.
- Project Participation & Audits: Contribute to Global Trade Compliance projects and lead or support audits to ensure regulatory compliance.
- Compliance Inquiries: Respond to queries from internal teams, import/export agents, and customs brokers across various regions.
- Data Analysis & Recovery Claims: Gather and analyze data for the submission of recovery claims related to customs compliance.
- Training & Knowledge Sharing: Conduct training sessions on global trade compliance topics to ensure best practices across the organization.
- 3-5+ years of experience in customs compliance, with a focus on tariff classification, export controls, and country of origin determination.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with SAP and Global Trade Management systems.
- Proven ability to navigate customs regulations and resolve complex compliance issues.
- Ability to work in a multinational company with a remote, cross-functional team.
- Customs-related certifications (e.g., licensed customs broker) are a plus.
