Whichever part of our business you’re supporting, you’ll be playing a vital role in strategic decision making, affecting the design of our machines and the growth ambitions of the business.

About the role

At Dyson, our Global Supply Chain (GSC) brings 2D designs to life, delivering innovative products directly into our customers' hands. While the process might sound straightforward, it involves a complex series of steps: from designing and establishing production lines to procuring materials, ensuring smooth operations across all sites, and coordinating the daily global delivery of thousands of finished products. Moreover, all these activities must be executed smartly and cost-effectively, allowing us to reinvest savings back into our people and our business. GSC is also committed to sustainability and reducing environmental impact by refurbishing and recycling products returned by our customers. Every year, we strive to improve, developing the right supply chain strategies and plans to foster continuous innovation and ensure Dyson stays ahead in a competitive landscape.

Our Global Supply Chain graduates are ambitious, resilient and tenacious.

Dyson’s Global Supply Chain Graduate Programme is a 2-year scheme comprising three rotations, each lasting eight months. During the programme, you will gain hands-on experience across a variety of business functions, including (but not limited to): Manufacturing Engineering, Global Outsourced Operations, Global Procurement (covering components and Tier 1 Contract Manufacturing/Original Design Manufacturing services), Logistics, and Integrated Business Planning (IBP) & Digital Transformation.

The scope of our Global Supply Chain is vast, offering endless exciting opportunities for growth and development. During the programme, you will join strong, high-performing teams from around the world, united in achieving the remarkable feats described above. More than just honing technical engineering skills, a career in GSC equips you with a diverse set of business competencies—ranging from project management and data analysis to presentation skills and global stakeholder management. You can expect big responsibility and you’ll be supported with a development framework, enabling professional growth, training and opportunities to hone your skills and evolve your knowledge. What you need to know about the Belfast Tech Scene

If asked to name the birthplace of the RMS Titanic, you might not say Belfast. Similarly, if asked to name Europe's leading destination for foreign direct investment in new software development, Belfast might not come to mind. Yet, both are true. The city has emerged as a tech powerhouse, recently ranked among the best in the U.K. for tech careers — especially for software developers. It also leads the U.K. with the highest percentage of software development jobs advertised.
