How you will make a difference:

  • Identify and develop new sales opportunities with a consultative selling approach: from pro-active prospect nurturing, self-generated leads, leads from marketing, and warm leads from various business areas.
  • Respond to and follow up on all sales inquiries with our disruptive virtual approach.
  • Through a combination of Discovery Due Diligence, Account and Engagement Planning use Salesforce CRM, LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other tools to track contacts, accounts and generate new opportunities, focused on hunting and developing new accounts in the middle enterprise market space
  • Own and control the sales process for each opportunity – combining internal / external stakeholder management, attention to detail, critical thinking and solution influencing leveraging the Safeguard Way structure
  • Overseeing the initial setup and implementation of complex solutions and sophisticated programs
  • Developing a deep understanding of your prospects business goals, competition, growth plans and obstacles.
  • Build and maintain a client profile, client mapping, engaging with your accounts to understand their growth strategy and offer the best solutions for them
  • Building and maintaining relationships with executives and key decision makers in Mid Enterprises.
  • Plan and carry out direct sales activities to agreed targets and KPI’s

  • Strong proven experience within B2B consultative selling and lead generation.
  • Experience handling complex, large-scale accounts and high-value contracts.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues, customers, and business partners.
  • Outstanding organisational and time management skills that allow you to manage your own time effectively and work to tight deadlines.
  • Tenacious, hungry, competitive in nature with the desire to be part of and contribute to the success of a fast-growing organisation.
  • Excellent communicator both written and verbal, you know what to say and more importantly, how and when to say it.
  • A confident negotiator and influencer, liaising with C-Level Executives.
  • Results-oriented with a focus on client satisfaction.
  • Self-motivated with a hands-on approach to work.
