Oversee and drive all aspects of the product launch process, including strategy, development, and execution of go-to-market plans.

Collaborate with operational stakeholders across R&D, operations, and marketing to ensure seamless coordination of launch plans.

Develop and manage project launch strategies, ensuring clarity of objectives and logical execution.

Apply the global product launch framework to all launches, managing inputs, timelines, and key deliverables.

Support the development and implementation of new product marketing programs and enhance value proposition messaging.

Organize and lead regular launch team meetings, documenting key discussions, action items, and progress updates.

Lead the development of creative concepts and marketing visuals/messaging with internal and external partners.

Integrate the launch process with product development KPIs to support informed decision-making.
What we are looking for ⭐

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Advertising, Sales, or Project Management.

5+ years of experience in marketing/communications, with experience in project management and developing integrated marketing strategies.

Strong people skills with a high-energy drive, proficiency in digital and social media marketing, experience working with agencies/internal marketing teams on large projects, strong organizational and communication skills, and the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams across multiple geographies.

Fluent in English (verbal and written) + any additional European language is an advantage.

Occasional travel required.
