Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Map and document serialization and product tracking processes across manufacturing, warehouse, and supply chain
Implement business process management standards and conduct regular assessments
Identify and prioritize improvement areas using assessment results and performance data
Drive global and local process standardization through step-out management framework
Define and monitor KPIs to measure and improve process performance
Collaborate with data owners and stakeholders to streamline end-to-end processes
Lead technology adoption and automation initiatives to enhance process efficiency
Establish process roles, responsibilities, and governance aligned with global frameworks
Build and sustain communities of practice for process operations and knowledge sharing
Benchmark internal metrics against industry standards to ensure continuous improvement
Essential Requirements
Proven expertise in serialization and product tracking within the pharmaceutical industry
Hands-on experience with manufacturing and packaging line processes
Proficiency in SAP systems, including SAP ATTP and SAP ICH
- Strong background in process mapping and documentation
Familiarity with Lean Six Sigma or similar process improvement methodologies
Strategic thinking and ability to influence senior stakeholders
Excellent communication skills across all organizational levels
Solid understanding of global business operations and data governance
Desirable Requirements
Certification in Lean Six Sigma or similar process improvement methodology
Experience working in a global matrix organization with cross-functional teams
