We’re hiring a Global Payroll Lead to take full ownership of our payroll operations across the world.
You’ll run the process end to end for direct employees as well as through PEOs and EORs, making sure everything’s accurate, compliant, and on schedule.
You’ll work closely with partners like Deel, Thanks Ben, our Treasury team, and People Ops to keep things running smoothly, build for scale, and support our global growth.
What You’ll Do- Own the global payroll process and ensure every team member, regardless of location, receives the correct salary on time—every time.
- Act as a key enabler of employee engagement and trust by maintaining payroll accuracy and reliability.
- Manage payroll operations globally across all employment types (direct hire, PEO, EOR).
- Collaborate with platforms like Deel and Thanks Ben to ensure smooth processing of joiners, leavers, salary changes, and structured pay adjustments.
- Work with Treasury to ensure timely and accurate funding in the appropriate currencies.
- Partner with Finance and NetSuite teams to implement automation, including API integrations.
- Help define and scale payroll frameworks to support new geographies and employment models.

- Strong knowledge of payroll regulations across multiple countries—particularly Spain, UK, USA, Germany, France, Portugal, and the Netherlands
