In this strategic role, you will ensure that our employees can move across borders seamlessly, compliantly, and with an exceptional experience. You'll play a key role in supporting our global workforce, enabling international projects, and helping FairWind attract and retain top talent worldwide.

If you thrive in a dynamic international environment, enjoy solving complex challenges, and are passionate about creating people-focused mobility solutions, we'd love to hear from you.

What you'll be responsible for

  • Driving continuous improvement, governance, and efficiency across mobility processes.
  • Providing insights and recommendations through mobility reporting, analytics, and workforce trends.

What we're looking for

  • Significant experience in Global Mobility, International HR, or a similar international people-focused function.
  • Proven experience leading complex mobility programmes across multiple countries and jurisdictions.
  • Strong knowledge of immigration, tax, employment, and compliance requirements.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
  • A strategic mindset combined with a hands-on approach to delivering results.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence at all levels of the business.
  • Fluency in English.

Who you are

You are a collaborative and highly communicative leader who enjoys working with people from different cultures and backgrounds. You combine strong business acumen with a people-first mindset, can navigate complexity with confidence, and bring a proactive, solution-oriented approach to everything you do.

Most importantly, you enjoy building strong partnerships, creating structure in fast-moving environments, and making international mobility a positive experience for employees and managers alike.

What you need to know about the Belfast Tech Scene

If asked to name the birthplace of the RMS Titanic, you might not say Belfast. Similarly, if asked to name Europe's leading destination for foreign direct investment in new software development, Belfast might not come to mind. Yet, both are true. The city has emerged as a tech powerhouse, recently ranked among the best in the U.K. for tech careers — especially for software developers. It also leads the U.K. with the highest percentage of software development jobs advertised.
