You'll thrive in this fast-paced security technology sector, driven by the thrill of exceeding revenue targets and scaling global partner-led growth. This senior role demands a strategic operator who can build world-class programs, influence executive stakeholders, and own partner pipeline creation and go-to-market execution.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Own and execute Invicti’s global MSSP and alliances strategy, including segmentation, regional prioritization, and multi-year growth plans.

  • Own global MSSP revenue targets, including bookings, ARR contribution, and co-sell/resell pipeline, driving expansion into new markets and service models.

  • Design and operationalize a scalable global MSSP program encompassing onboarding, enablement, pricing, SLAs, certification paths, service delivery, and partner success frameworks.

  • Build partner operational infrastructure that enables consistent service delivery, quality assurance, and predictable revenue impact.

  • Build and manage repeatable co-sell motions with MSSPs, GSIs, and hyperscalers to accelerate deal cycles and expand market reach.

  • Drive pipeline generation through partner-led demand creation, co-marketing initiatives, and joint solution positioning.

  • Recruit, onboard, and manage high-impact global MSSP and GSI partners, serving as the executive sponsor for strategic accounts.

  • Foster strong relationships with hyperscalers and cloud marketplaces, ensuring tight alignment with their security ecosystems.
  • Develop joint Go-to-Market (GTM) plans including solution launches, market expansion strategies, and co-branded campaigns.

  • Build enablement programs covering technical training, sales readiness, service delivery preparation, and certification.

  • Align product roadmaps and AppSec capabilities with partner service offerings, use cases, and integration opportunities.

  • Collaborate with regional sales and channel teams to support local execution, partner health, and territory alignment.

  • Partner with legal, finance, product, engineering, and operations to support contracting, pricing strategy, roadmap alignment, and scalable partner infrastructure.

  • Provide executive-level reporting on ecosystem performance, competitive trends, and strategic opportunities.

What You Will Need:

  • 10+ years of experience in cybersecurity or application security, with 5+ years in senior partner/channel leadership.

  • Proven success building and scaling MSSP and/or GSI programs at a global level.

  • Strong understanding of AppSec, SaaS delivery models, and managed security business structures.

  • Demonstrated ability to drive revenue through partner ecosystems, including bookings ownership and pipeline generation.

  • Experience with partner pricing models, market expansion strategies, co-sell motions, and technical enablement programs.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and executive relationship-building skills.

  • Strong cross-functional leadership across product, sales, marketing, and operations.

What you need to know about the Belfast Tech Scene

If asked to name the birthplace of the RMS Titanic, you might not say Belfast. Similarly, if asked to name Europe's leading destination for foreign direct investment in new software development, Belfast might not come to mind. Yet, both are true. The city has emerged as a tech powerhouse, recently ranked among the best in the U.K. for tech careers — especially for software developers. It also leads the U.K. with the highest percentage of software development jobs advertised.
