The Team

The Cloud Partnerships team is crucial to Celonis' growth strategy, focusing on building our Go-To-Market approach with major Hyperscalers. A core component of this strategy involves strategic sales programs centered on key GTM initiatives and collaborative customer value propositions with our partners.

For that we are seeking a Global Lead for Cloud GTM Sales Programs to join our team. This new role is essential for scaling our Cloud partnerships and developing unique joint offerings. You will be responsible for developing compelling end-to-end value propositions around the product integrations and sales motion we are developing with our partners and the successful enablement of the Celonauts and our partner community. For that you will collaborate with stakeholders across various Celonis departments, including Product, Engineering, Sales, Value Engineering, Corporate Development, and Marketing as well as Sales and Go-To-Market teams on the partner side, both leadership and field teams.

The work you’ll do as a Global Lead, Cloud GTM Sales Programs:

  • Act as central contact for internal and external technical/Pre-Sales teams.
  • Pitch joint Celonis/partner plays to leadership teams and field teams.
  • Develop and execute sales programs around horizontal or industry-specific use cases.
  • Represent Celonis at external and partner-internal events.
  • Build related sales collateral, messaging and demos.
  • Support account teams in strategic pursues with Cloud Partners on joint positioning.
  • Ensure compliance with sales program requirements of partners.
  • Run Internal and external enablement sessions.

The qualifications you need:

  • Minimum 3-5 years of relevant work experience in the area of pre-sales, consulting or customer success. 
  • A business-level understanding of the IT landscape on customers side, major applications being used and common challenges customers face.
  • The ability to translate technical concepts into business value that resonate with Exec stakeholders on the customer and partner side.
  • Good understanding of AWS, Microsoft and Google’s product portfolio is a plus.
  • Experience with AI-related projects is a plus.
  • The ability to excite others and build strong relationships.
  • Strong sales mindset and you are Team-oriented & Entrepreneurial.
  • Studies in Business Administration / Economics / Information Systems is a preference
  • Strong communication skills, verbally & written in English (Native level).
