The GHRBP Operations Effectiveness Specialist supports Global HRBPs in the execution of the Strategic and Organizational Redesign Projects that are carried out at global level. As an expert of key HR Processes, will be primarily focused on managing project coordination and deliverables, alignment with corporate HR processes and HC data management. The role can also include direct contact with SLT and other business leaders during project probing and execution phases.

Key Responsibilities

GLOBAL BUSINESS PROJECTS

  • Support GHRBPs in the design and implementation of global projects, primarily related to organizational redesigns at global level and with cross-business and regional implications.
  • Monitor project milestones, risks and dependencies with critical eye and a collaborative approach across multiple stakeholders.
  • Coordinate with local HR on regional requirements
  • Support in the project management tracking and template creation
  • Analyze organizational data in relation to business and organizational analysis or specific projects and manage reporting to GHRBPs
  • Support change management and communication activities related to global project executions

GLOBAL HR PROJECTS

  • Support GHRBPs in the preparation and execution of the key global HR processes.
  • Strong collaboration with COE leaders on global HR projects to support internal GHRBP alignment and coordination.
  • Support GHRBPs communications to business leaders to manage data gathering prior to process execution (eg. GCC).
  • Collaboration with local HRBPs to ensure alignment on execution and to global & CEO guidelines (eg. Salary Increase, Promotions, ..)
  • Centralization and Governance of Approval Flows (eg. Recruitment, Restructuring, …)
  • Point of contact for the Human Capital Intelligence COE Team for alignment on HC data management, improvement projects, dashboards and HC projections
  • Contribute to the development of global frameworks to facilitate process adoption and execution for both the HR and business teams, with a strong focus on continuous improvement and global streamlining
  • Measure and report effectiveness outcomes using KPIs and impact metrics
