  • Deliver executive-level summaries of supply status, delivery risks, customer impacts, and recovery plans.
  • Perform revenue, risk, and opportunity analysis across firm demand, backlog, and quoted business to inform leadership decisions.
  • Lead root cause analysis of service performance failures and recommend corrective actions.
  • Influence cross-functional execution outcomes through data-driven insights without direct authority.

The must haves:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Finance, Business, or a related field.
  • Experience: 8+ years of experience in Supply Chain with application across Supply Planning, Master Scheduling, Customer Order Promising, Supply Assurance, or Order Fulfillment.
  • Experience with Kinaxis Rapid Response.
  • Experience with MRP/ERP systems and adherence to planning standards.
  • Application of advanced data analysis techniques using Excel to interpret large, complex datasets.
  • Development of executive-ready presentations and written communication using PowerPoint.
  • Execution in fast-paced, customer-driven environments requiring management of multiple concurrent issues.

Nice to haves:

  • Experience with Oracle ERP.

What you need to know about the Belfast Tech Scene

If asked to name the birthplace of the RMS Titanic, you might not say Belfast. Similarly, if asked to name Europe's leading destination for foreign direct investment in new software development, Belfast might not come to mind. Yet, both are true. The city has emerged as a tech powerhouse, recently ranked among the best in the U.K. for tech careers — especially for software developers. It also leads the U.K. with the highest percentage of software development jobs advertised.
