Not Your Typical Workplace.…

Tired of the 9-to-5 grind? Imagine a World without borders, where opportunities are endless. That's the future of work, and what we are building at WorkMotion. Our remote-first team spans across the world, helping companies hire, onboard, and manage talent internationally through smart, flexible workforce solutions. Fast-paced, people-driven, and globally connected — we empower businesses to build teams without borders.

More Than a Role...

We don’t just need a Global Entity Operations Associate (internal title: Global Entity Infrastructure Associate) — we need a builder, problem-solver, and operator who can bring structure to complexity and keep WorkMotion’s global infrastructure running smoothly. We’re looking for someone who gets their energy from solving complex operational challenges, coordinating across borders, and turning moving parts into clear, scalable processes, while keeping a sharp eye on compliance, accuracy, and business impact.

This isn’t a role for someone who wants to stay in their lane. You’ll be at the center of WorkMotion’s global entity infrastructure — driving day-to-day entity operations, coordinating compliance obligations, supporting international expansion, and helping build the infrastructure that enables WorkMotion to operate compliantly around the world. From license renewals and corporate filings to entity set-up, provider management, audits, and process improvements, you’ll help ensure everything you touch is accurate, compliant, well-organised, and built to scale.

You won’t be a solo operator. You’ll collaborate closely with Finance, Payroll, HR Operations, Legal, and other internal teams, while coordinating with external legal, corporate, compliance, and local infrastructure partners across multiple jurisdictions. You’ll become a trusted point of contact for entity-related matters, bringing people, information, and timelines together to ensure consistency, accountability, and momentum across WorkMotion’s global operations.

Where Responsibility Meets Real Opportunity…
  • Manage daily operations and corporate maintenance activities of WorkMotion’s global entities, ensuring compliance and operational efficiency across multiple jurisdictions.
  • Track and drive corporate compliance obligations, including license renewals, UBO reporting, KYC filings, corporate governance tasks, etc., while working with external and internal stakeholders.
  • Help execute WorkMotion’s international expansion strategy by helping to manage the set-up of entities and the operating infrastructure for WorkMotion across the globe to employ compliantly worldwide.
  • Source, select, and manage external partners and providers that are part of our local EOR infrastructure.
  • Support with project management of various expansion or improvement initiatives related to our global infrastructure, as well as special company and strategic projects.
  • Collaborate with WorkMotion’s internal Finance, Payroll, HR Operations, and Legal teams, and serve as a point of contact for entity-related queries.
  • Maintain and update documents, records, and data to ensure accuracy and audit-readiness.
  • Support audits, regulatory inspections, and internal reviews by preparing necessary documentation.
  • Identify and solve problems, inefficiencies, or gaps in our entity management systems and internal processes.
What It Takes to Make an Impact Here…
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Law, Economics, Business Administration, International Affairs, or other relevant field.
  •  2+ years of work experience, with prior roles in international operations, project management, entity set-up/maintenance, or relevant work in legal operations or compliance management.
  • Project management skills, with the ability to take lead on initiatives, coordinate across multiple stakeholders, and manage timelines.
  • Open-minded and organized work attitude, with the ability to respond flexibly across a varying set of topics and tasks.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and team-player skills to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Comfortable working in high-paced dynamic environments.
  • A proactive problem-solver who can anticipate challenges and risks, and look for solutions.
  • Strong attention to detail and documentation practices.
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
Bonus Points If You Bring...
  • Experience in entity management, legal/paralegal work, or project coordination roles.
  • Familiarity with regulated environments, ideally in FinTech, SaaS, or multinational operations.
  • An understanding of corporate governance, entity compliance, regulatory obligations, and operational risk management in a global context.
  • Experience working asynchronously in a remote-first or globally distributed environment.

What you need to know about the Belfast Tech Scene

If asked to name the birthplace of the RMS Titanic, you might not say Belfast. Similarly, if asked to name Europe's leading destination for foreign direct investment in new software development, Belfast might not come to mind. Yet, both are true. The city has emerged as a tech powerhouse, recently ranked among the best in the U.K. for tech careers — especially for software developers. It also leads the U.K. with the highest percentage of software development jobs advertised.
