You will join the team in the role of Global Deposits Management & Solutions Head, which reports into the Global Head of Liquidity Product Management.

In this role, you will partner with Coverage, Sales, and Product teams globally to develop and implement strategies and approaches for the management of the businesses’ deposit portfolios and pricing activities with the principal goal of growing deposit volumes and maximising portfolio profitability. To achieve this, you’ll also work closely with data and analytics teams to improve business capabilities and develop operating models to employ analytics and improve key-performance indicators. Additionally, you will assume leadership for advancing balance-sheet related solution capabilities such as dynamic pricing, notional pooling, and deposit collateral, working with stakeholders to develop and implement product launch and commercialisation plans.

Your key responsibilities

  • Collaborate across functions and regions to develop and implement strategies and approaches for the management of the businesses’ deposit portfolio and pricing activities
  • Implement enhanced data and analytics capabilities required to support strategy execution
  • Develop, enhance, and oversee key performance indicators that provide insight into overall portfolio health and effectiveness of targeted initiatives
  • Maintain strong relationships with Coverage and Sales teams to identify emerging opportunities and bring new/enhanced balance sheet related product capabilities to market
  • Influence liquidity risk and funds transfer pricing related models supporting market competitiveness

Your skills and experience

  • Previous relevant industry and product experience plus experience working for a global financial institution and role with a global scope preferred
  • Deep understanding of and experience with liquidity products, liquidity risk models, remuneration processes and other deposit pricing and balance sheet management related topics
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and stakeholder management skills and ability to build strong working relationships at senior management levels
  • Proven track record of driving change from ideation stage through to implementation
  • Strong analytical skills together with knowledge of various data science disciplines application opportunities in a Financial Services setting
