The positions
Every internship at Kraft Heinz Netherlands offers unique learning opportunities to develop new knowledge and skills, gain real business experience, get exposure to senior leadership and attend personalized trainings. As an intern you will take ownership of projects and work closely with the business on day-to-day challenges, by supporting the following role:
• GCOE (Global Center of Excellence) - People and Performance Intern
Tasks throughout the various roles can include:
• Supporting the roll-out of L&D plans and other initiatives in this area (i.e. Mentorship programs, OPR, etc.).
• Actively participating in Diversity, Inclusion & Belonging initiatives.
• Supporting and orchestrating events tied to our mission to make Kraft Heinz a great place to work!
• Own communications to GCOE, featuring employee updates and relevant information to know.
• Own continuous improvement project(s) through employee listening and driving decision making through insights.
Qualifications:
Job requirements:
• Master, preferably in the field of Psychology, Business Administration, or Management.
• We are seeking individuals with the right attitude to drive innovation, collaboration, and growth. If you are passionate, adaptable, and eager to make a meaningful impact, we want to hear from you!
• You should have good communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
• Microsoft Office skills are a must.
• You are enrolled at a university for the entire internship duration.
NOTE: EU working rights are required (Either you have EU Citizenship, or you are studying in the Netherlands)

What we offer you:
  • Program start date: September 2025
  • Duration: 6 months
  • Allowance: 625 euro per month (40hrs, 5 days) & full reimbursement of travel expenses
  • Location: Amsterdam, hybrid

This is a hybrid position - you will need to be based in the Netherlands for the entire duration of the internship.
