One of the many areas they are focusing on is to design and implement next generation activities- reformulating operating models, optimising processes and installing automation.
As a GBS Consultant, you will drive full-lifecycle IT transformation within GBS and Shared Services environments. This role bridges technical assessment, operating model design, and cross-functional implementation to deliver optimized, scalable enterprise solutions.
Your tasks will include:
- Support end-to-end transitions, including application migration, knowledge transfer, and service stabilization.
- Analyze IT landscapes, mapping infrastructure, enterprise applications, and integration frameworks.
- Contribute to the architecture of GBS-centric IT models focused on standardization and service excellence.
- Manage workstream deliverables, tracking risks and dependencies to ensure timely project execution.
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops and align IT initiatives with Finance, HR, and Procurement objectives.
- Produce high-quality business analysis to identify automation and continuous improvement opportunities.
- Proven experience in IT service delivery and complex enterprise migrations.
- Hands-on involvement in feasibility, solution design, and implementation phases.
- Strong understanding of ITSM, enterprise integrations, and GBS frameworks.
- Ability to manage stakeholders and solve problems in fast-paced, transformation-heavy environments.
