Full Stack Engineer - React/Storyboard

We’re looking for a Full Stack Engineer with deep React & Storyboard expertise to join our small, highly skilled team as we continue building our software platform from the ground up using modern technologies including TypeScript, React, and AWS. This is a key front-end engineering role where you’ll help shape the user experience and influence how patients access care across the UK.

You’ll help define technical decisions, own front-end architecture, and bring best-in-class UX to a highly regulated, high-growth space. It’s an opportunity to build meaningful software with purpose, using the tools you love.

• Lead the development of modern, responsive front-end & full stack applications using React and TypeScript & Storyboard

• Translate product and design requirements into high-quality, reusable code

• Optimise application performance and scalability across web and mobile platforms

• Collaborate cross-functionally with backend engineers, designers, and stakeholders

• Implement and maintain testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, React Testing Library)

• Champion front-end standards and code quality best practices

• Help evolve our design system and contribute to front-end architecture decisions

• 5+ years of full-stack development experience, with expert-level skills in React

• Deep knowledge of JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3

• Experience with front-end tooling (Webpack, Vite, ESLint, etc.)

• Familiarity with RESTful APIs and asynchronous data handling

• Passion for great UI/UX and creating seamless user experiences

• A collaborative mindset with strong communication skills

• Bonus: Experience working in regulated industries or healthtech
