This is the right opportunity for an experienced GTM and G&A recruiter with 2-5 years of experience to step into a senior role and lead IC level hiring in GTM and G&A functions while getting sourcing exposure into the executive searches.
✅ What you will be responsible for:
- Lead 2-4 active searches per month, primarily supporting GTM and G&A function
- Lead sourcing for managerial and executive roles, supporting HoT on executive searches
- Directly partner with GTM and G&A hiring managers to deeply understand hiring needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies
- Source qualified candidates for assigned roles through a wide variety of channels and manage the end to end talent acquisition process
- Effectively evaluate, interview and present qualified candidates to hiring managers and solicit feedback on candidates to refine search strategy
- Implement and optimize structured interviewing processes to ensure a fair, data-driven hiring experience
- Champion a world-class candidate experience, ensuring seamless communication and a strong employer brand
✅ Experience we expect you to bring to the role:
- 2-5 years of full cycle recruiting experience, in agency or fast paced in-house recruitment team
- Experience hiring for tech startups across Series A-D
- Full-cycle recruiting experience required - ability to source candidates, manage interview process and conduct offer negotiations through close
- Exceptional sourcing skills, market mapping skills and ability to do an effective outreach targeting passive candidates
- Track record for successfully identifying, qualifying, and closing exceptional IC-level GTM, Product and G&A talent
- Ability to quickly understand new roles and work with managers on effectively establishing a scorecard
- Excellent planning, organization and time management skills
- Strong interpersonal, relationship-building and listening skills, with a natural, consultative style
- Strong project management skills, with a demonstrable ability to corral and manage details in a fast-paced, fluid environment
