About the role
We’re looking for a freelance Graphic Designer to support our team. We are looking for someone who has about 20 hours available a week.
This role is perfect for someone who loves variety, enjoys collaborating with a fast-moving team, and takes pride in delivering polished, on-brand design work.
You’ll work closely with our marketing and design teams to create visuals that tell clear stories and make our brand stand out. We’re based in Lisbon and need someone who can collaborate within Lisbon working hours for smooth communication and quick turnarounds.
What you’ll do
Create and finalize artwork for print materials
Produce new assets and templates for internal teams to self-serve
Collaborate with marketing on new campaigns and help iterate and test visuals
Design static ads that clearly communicate customer value
Support a range of design needs — from digital ads and social media graphics to email templates, web assets, presentations, and event materials — ensuring brand consistency across all touchpoints
