🚀 About the role & impactAs our new FP&A Analyst, you’ll be the bridge between raw data and commercial action. This isn't about just keeping the lights on; it’s about upgrading the bulb to a smart-sensor LED.
You will help us move away from manual legwork and toward performing deep statistical analysis. Your mission is to build scalable, self-serve models that allow the business to move fast, while you focus on providing the high-impact commentary that shapes our future.
🎯 What you willAnalyse spend, evaluate channel performance, and help set CPA targets that actually align with our financial north star.
Support end-to-end forecasting using warehouse data and statistical trends.
Partner with the Financial Control team to ensure budget-setting is seamless and integrated into our strategic reporting.
Collaborate across Ops and Marketing to sniff out opportunities to improve unit economics and maximise performance.
Provide the "voice" for the data—delivering clear, actionable commentary that keeps the leadership team informed.
Finalist or Newly Qualified. You’ll be working towards or have just obtained your ACCA, CIMA, ACA, or equivalent and ready to apply it to improving the health of millions
A Data-First Thinker: You’ve moved past "Excel-only" thinking. You have a modern analytics mindset and are either already proficient in, or obsessed with mastering SQL and other data analytics tools. Experience using or interested in learning Python and Hex to replace manual legwork with code is also a a big plus!
A D2C Enthusiast: You speak the language of subscriptions. You live and breathe unit economics, intuitively understanding how CPA and Acquisition ROI flow into LTV, Churn, and Cohort analysis.
An Efficiency Architect: You aren't afraid of the "AI revolution", you’re leading it. You’re keen to integrate LLMs into your daily workflow to automate the mundane and protect your time for high-value analysis.
A Storyteller of Complexity: You have the rare ability to take messy, multi-source data and distill it into accurate, scalable P&L and Cash Flow models that tell a clear, compelling story.

The Collaborative (60 mins) This interview focuses on your behavioural experience. We’re looking for how you partner with other teams, influence stakeholders, and act as the "voice" of the data in a collaborative environment.
