The OpportunityWe’re looking for a hands-on GTM leader to partner directly with the CEO to shape and execute our go-to-market strategy. You’ll work across sales, marketing, and partnerships to identify the highest-impact growth levers, run experiments, and turn customer insights into a sharper, repeatable GTM motion. This is not a traditional VP of Sales or Head of Marketing role, it’s a unique chance to build the playbook before scaling the team.
What You'll DoGTM strategy & experimentation — Design and run experiments across outbound, inbound, partnerships, events, and other growth channels.
Customer & market insights — Join key sales calls, conferences, and meetups to deeply understand customer needs and feed insights back to sales and product.
Messaging & positioning — Sharpen our ICP definition and value proposition; ensure content and campaigns speak directly to our target buyers.
Partnerships & co-sell — Identify and build strategic alliances with GPU/cloud providers, integrators, and AI ecosystem players.
Demand generation — Work with our AE, technical writer, and content team to produce relevant campaigns and improve lead quality.
Sales playbook evolution — Collaborate with the AE to refine outbound scripts, qualification criteria, and follow-up processes based on experiment results.
Have worked in GTM, growth, partnerships, or sales at an early-stage B2B startup, ideally in AI, infra, or developer tools.
Are comfortable moving between strategy and execution. You can both design a GTM experiment and own running it.
Have the curiosity to dive into technical products and speak credibly with technical decision makers.
Thrive in ambiguity and know how to create clarity from loose signals.
Have experience building partnerships and/or creating new sales motions from scratch.
You’ll shape the GTM foundation of a high-growth AI infra startup at the forefront of enterprise AI adoption.
