You’ll play a key role in achieving our next growth milestone – by owning and driving demand generation. You thrive on building momentum: discovering what makes our product valuable, identifying ideal customers, crafting messages that stand out, and testing bold, creative ways to spark interest in Secfix.

You will join Lilian's GTM team (https://www.linkedin.com/in/lilian-xalter-824b46173/), working closely with our CEO, as well as our sales and marketing teams. Our team is still lean, which means you’ll collaborate cross-functionally, learn fast, and make a visible impact – every single day.

At Secfix, we’re at the forefront of automating security compliance for startups and SMBs in Europe. We help companies get and stay ISO 27001, GDPR, TISAX, and SOC 2 fast and easy and reduce hundreds of hours of manual work.

Secfix is run by a 100% remote team with hubs in Munich, Berlin and London. We’re a high-performing team looking for passionate, execution-focused, owners to help us automate security and compliance for modern companies and become the European compliance automation leader. You should apply if:

  • You are a recent graduate or have 0.5–2 years of experience in GTM, sales, operations, business development, VC, growth, consulting, or a fast-paced startup (relevant internships count)

  • You love building relationships and systems and aren’t afraid to pick up the phone or hit “send” on a bold email

  • You thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment and take full ownership of your work—from ideation and execution to analysis

  • You’re tech-savvy, eager to explore new GTM tools, and motivated to become a true go-to-market expert

  • You have excellent written and spoken English and German skills and an exceptional feel for language and messaging

What You'll Do

As a core member of our GTM team, you’ll take full ownership of one of Secfix’s most powerful growth levers: demand generation. You’ll have the autonomy to experiment, iterate, and execute – backed by proven playbooks, a strong support system, and a high-trust environment. Your work will have direct impact from day one.

You will:

  • Own the full lead generation cycle – from identifying target accounts to qualifying and nurturing high-potential opportunities

  • Use tools like Sales Navigator, Clay, and HubSpot to streamline your workflow and build a high-converting pipeline

  • Book and prep discovery meetings that set the stage for smooth, high-quality handoffs to sales

  • Design, test, and optimize outbound campaigns, using data to continuously improve performance

  • Deliver key insights and metrics directly to the CEO, influencing top-level strategic decisions

  • Define, implement, and refine GTM processes and automations to build a scalable, high-performing function

  • Collaborate cross-functionally to translate market learnings into product and GTM enhancements

  • Help architect the GTM engine – building the strategy, systems, and playbooks that will scale with our growth

Experience That You Will Bring

Must-haves:

  • 🇬🇧 English (fluent) and 🇩🇪 German (C2 level)

  • 0.5–2 years of experience in sales, operations, business development, GTM, VC, or a fast-paced startup

Nice-to- have:

  • We would love to see a track record of success and achievement in the things you’ve done to date - academic, sporting, extracurricular, or otherwise
