(fluent English) Senior Full-Stack Developer (Python/Java/React)

We are looking for a proactive and experienced Senior Full-Stack Developer to join the Application team at the partner company. Their mission is to provide businesses with easy access to high-quality web data, allowing clients to focus on data analysis rather than data collection. 

In this role, you will build, refine, and maintain core features across the full stack, delivering high-performance, pixel-perfect web applications while developing secure back-end systems and intuitive user experiences. The ideal candidate is passionate about writing clean, scalable code, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, and leveraging modern AI tools to accelerate development.

What you will do:

• Build, refine, and maintain core features across the full stack, ensuring a polished, high-performance user experience;
• Develop and optimize both the company's main application and internal Admin Interfaces (including user management and billing systems);
• Implement high-fidelity UI/UX, ensuring pixel-perfect execution of product designs down to the smallest detail;
• Cooperate closely with Product Managers and Designers, translating Figma designs into seamless production code;
• Collaborate closely with an additional developer and the QA team to ensure smooth integration, high code quality, and flawless deployment;
• Design and maintain significant, sensitive, and secure back-end logic and infrastructure;
• Take responsibility for maintaining and updating the company’s marketing website, built on WordPress;
• Leverage AI tools effectively to accelerate the development lifecycle and optimize delivery speed without compromising quality.

What you need to succeed in this role:

• 8+ years of development experience, including at least 5-6 years of Full-Stack experience, with a strong and balanced track record in both Frontend and Backend development;
• Deep, significant experience with React;
• Significant and hands-on experience with Python OR Java, with the ability to handle complex and sensitive architecture;
• Fluent English (B2 or higher), both written and spoken;
• Proven ability to deliver pixel-perfect UI with a sharp eye for detail, and extensive experience working with Figma;
• Excellent team player with a proven track record of working effectively alongside other developers, QA engineers, and product stakeholders;
• Growth mindset with the ability to adapt quickly, deliver results efficiently, and leverage AI-powered tools to maximize productivity.

Would be a plus:

• Experience with the second backend language (Python/Java);
• Hands-on experience with Next.js;
• Practical experience with WordPress maintenance and customization.
