Job Description
Role Overview:
The Fixed Income Sales Senior Analyst Program offers high-potential recent graduates and early-career professionals the opportunity to gain comprehensive exposure to the full Fixed Income sales lifecycle. Execution occurs through both traditional voice channels and leading electronic trading platforms. In addition to client coverage, the team contributes to franchise growth through client acquisition initiatives and detailed business analysis alongside the trading desk to enhance relationships and connectivity.
The most successful team members are proactive self-starters who take ownership of business opportunities and client relationships, thrive in a collaborative team environment, and bring a strong passion for contributing to a growing, dynamic business.

What you need to know about the Belfast Tech Scene
If asked to name the birthplace of the RMS Titanic, you might not say Belfast. Similarly, if asked to name Europe's leading destination for foreign direct investment in new software development, Belfast might not come to mind. Yet, both are true.
