Responsibilities:
- Manage and track internal budgets within the Engagement department (including loyalty campaigns, bonus programs, merchandise, and promo-related expenses).
- Prepare regular financial reports: actuals vs. planned budgets, cash flow forecasts.
- Handle multi-currency expense tracking (EUR, USD, and local currencies).
- Coordinate invoice approvals and payment tracking in collaboration with finance and legal teams.
- Work with payment platforms and external vendors (gift cards, merchandise providers, etc.).
- Ensure proper financial documentation in line with compliance and regulatory standards.
- Assist in optimizing financial planning and expense tracking processes within the Engagement team.
- 1+ years of experience in finance, reporting, or budgeting — ideally within e-commerce, or other digital industries.
- Strong proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets (formulas, pivot tables, reporting).
- Solid understanding of basic accounting, budgeting principles, and cash flow management.
- Excellent attention to detail, high sense of ownership, and strong organizational skills.
- Upper-Intermediate or higher level of English (written and spoken).
- Familiarity with European financial and tax regulations is a plus
