The team & the role:
The Finance Transformation Office (FTO) at Celonis is responsible for ensuring the success of high impact projects in the Finance organization through diligent management and hands-on support. This role will be responsible for supporting a range of projects within the FTO, which provides exposure to different areas of business such as Accounting, Global Financial Shared Services, Travel, Procure to Pay, Treasury, Finance & FP&A. Projects will also provide exposure to various systems, applications and utilized at Celonis. This role will be key to driving timely and accurate deliverables in each of the projects. For the high achieving individuals, this role will also provide the ability to be the lead projects.
What you will do:
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to ensure objectives and milestones of projects are clearly defined and executed.
- Prepare and maintain documentation for each project including project plans, RACIs, management updates and presentations, testing status, etc.
- Support system implementation testing, user acceptance testing, data migration, etc. when validation of large data sets is required.
- Work closely with implementation partners on new systems and applications.
The qualifications you should have:
- Student of Business Administration or Management, Project Management, Finance, or similar educational track;
- High attention to detail and organizational skills;
- Excellent communication skills that will be utilized in discussions with project stakeholders;
- Demonstrate initiative and work independently;
- Prior experience with MS Office and Google Workspace
- Fluent in English
- Simply being a self-starter and relationship builder goes a long way!
