ABOUT THIS ROLE
Job Description :
- Manage and administer the Oracle NetSuite system, ensuring optimal performance, system configuration, and security.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for NetSuite users, providing support, training, and guidance to ensure efficient and effective use of the system.
- Continuously optimizing the NetSuite system to improve efficiency, performance, and user experience.
- Conduct regular system audits and maintain proper system access for users.
- Customize and maintain NetSuite fields, forms, records, and reports to meet business requirements.
- Develop, test, and deploy customizations, custom objects, third-party applications, and new NetSuite features based on evolving business needs.
- Collaborate with various departments to understand business processes and translate them into system requirements.
- Facilitate and maintain integrations of other business systems and applications with NetSuite, ensuring seamless data flow and integrity.
- Lead the implementation of new modules and enhancements, including documentation and end-user training.
- Manage NetSuite updates, ensuring compatibility with existing customizations and workflows.
- Provide ongoing recommendations and insights for process improvements and enhancements
- Develop documentation, wire-frames, and technical resources for internal staff..
You’ll gain loads of experience in this role but before you do, you should have:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience, 5 years preferred as an Oracle NetSuite Administrator.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of NetSuite Technical modules such as Scripting, Workflows, and Integrations.
- Strong knowledge of NetSuite financial modules such as Analytics, Fixes Asset Management, Zone & Capture.
- Experience with NetSuite scripting tools such as SuiteScript and SuiteFlow, and customization tools such as SuiteBuilder.
- Experience implementing systems integrations including working with the API.
- Proficiency in data analytics and reporting tools.
- Demonstrated ability to manage projects, prioritize tasks, and deliver results within timelines.
- Familiarity with regulatory compliance standards such as SOX and GDPR.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
- Experience working in an Agile environment.
Preferred Certifications:
- Oracle NetSuite Administrator Certification.
- NetSuite ERP Consultant Certification.
