• Assist with the preparation of periodical reports (P&L, BS, CFS), for internal use
• Analyzing the data used (provided by 3rd party accountants) to ensure it’s accurate, complete, and consistent
• Active participation in extending key ERP usage across all businesses and locations
• Support budgeting and forecasting cycles
• Various relevant ad hoc tasks
Requirements should be quite standard:
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
• 2+ years of relevant experience in accounting, financial reporting, consolidation or audit (prior experience in a Big 4 will be a clear advantage)
• Good command of English, both verbal and written
• Strong Excel skills (sophisticated formulas, power query and such)
• Familiarity with ERP systems (Acumatica is a strong advantage) and reporting tools (e.g., Power BI)
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
