The Role

The 2026 Finance Graduates will perform a variety of roles for a multi-national finance team. We have a fresh new team expanding in our Belfast office and we want to hear from candidates that are motivated, self-driven and have a passion to learn and develop their skills in the world of financial technology.

Preferred Requirements:

  • Customer service experience (comfortable working with senior management and business owners).
  • Solid competency in the following: Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Candidates must have, or be working towards an Undergraduate degree in a Finance related discipline.

The successful applicants will be able to work within all of Options’ Finance function which is split into a variety of areas including:

  • Financial Planning and Analysis.
  • Financial Accounting.
  • Management Accounting
  • Budgeting & Forecasting.
  • Monthly Reporting and Consolidation.
  • Transaction Services.
  • Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable.
  • Ad-hoc experience in other specialist functions such as tax and procurement.

 

We’re also looking for candidates with:

  • Strong research, writing and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and changeable working environment.
  • Exceptional organisational skills and strong attention to detail.
  • Desire to travel and see the world.

  • Ability to work independently and manage your own projects in a professional manner.
  • A passion for innovation and the financial technology sector.

  • Strong interpersonal skills.

  • Project management skills and proven ability to manage own workload.
