About the Role:
Join CrowdStrike as a Falcon Shield Sales Specialist focused on our next-generation Identity security solutions across the DACH region. In this role, you'll work as an integral part of the wider CrowdStrike sales team, driving adoption of our identity protection offerings to mid-market and enterprise organizations.
What You’ll Do:
Drive revenue growth for CrowdStrike's identity security portfolio across the DACH market.
Partner with Account Executives to identify and develop opportunities within existing and prospective accounts
Deliver compelling technical presentations and demonstrations of Falcon Identity Protection capabilities
Articulate CrowdStrike's identity security value proposition against competitive solutions
Develop and execute territory plans to achieve quarterly and annual sales targets
Build relationships with key security stakeholders in mid-market and enterprise organizations
Conduct discovery sessions to understand customer identity security challenges and requirements
Create tailored solutions that address specific customer needs and security gaps
Support proof of concept implementations to demonstrate solution effectiveness
What You’ll Need:
3+ years of experience in cybersecurity sales, preferably with identity security solutions
Demonstrated success selling complex security solutions to mid-market and enterprise customers
Strong understanding of identity security concepts, attack vectors, and protection strategies
Excellent presentation and communication skills with both technical and executive audiences
Experience working within a team-selling environment
Knowledge of competitive identity security solutions (Microsoft, Okta, etc.)
Track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets
Willingness to travel across the DACH region as needed to support customer engagements
Written and spoken fluency in German and English
Bonus Points:
Experience with CrowdStrike products or similar endpoint/identity security solutions
Understanding of Active Directory, Azure AD, and identity infrastructure
Background in security consulting or pre-sales engineering
Knowledge of MITRE ATT&CK framework and identity-based attack techniques
Experience selling to CISOs and identity security teams
