About this role:

  • Manage 25-30 member relationships and participates in account planning with Gartner Leadership Client Managers and Account Executives. 

  • Assist members to achieve their Mission Critical Priorities by leveraging a mix of appropriate Gartner assets and own personal experience/knowledge.

  • Leverage subject matter expertise to provide solutions, insights, and guidance for the members.

  • Provide valuable interactions and support by assessing member needs and developing a customized engagement plan in accordance with overall service deliverables and entitlements.

  • Participate in all phases of the member lifecycle: pre-sale, on-boarding, relationship management, delivery, review and renewal.

  • Responsible for member retention and for contributing toward growth in the region through direct support of Gartner Sales in prospect cultivation, account plan development, and value demonstration activities.

  • Host and /or participating in periodic onsite or remote member activities, including workshops, research analyst visits (where appropriate), round tables, and webinars (in collaboration with Gartner Research).

  • Travel 25% and upwards

                                                                            

Required experience and capabilities/skills

  • University graduate (Masters preferred) with a 15+ years’ working experience; working in a senior cyber security leadership role

  • Successful experience in roles such as CISO, CSO, Head of Cyber Security. Also experience in Consulting and Advisory roles in the cybersecurity realm would be beneficial.

  • In-depth understanding of Information Security, Cybersecurity, Risk Management and Resilience, from strategic planning to implementation in technical domains (e.g. OT Security, IAM, Data Security, Application Security, Cloud Security, Third Party Cyber Risk Management, etc.)

  • Experience with strategy development, organizational design, initiative management, application of metrics and understanding of major industry trends

  • Experience coaching and mentoring senior level leaders

  • Fluency in other European Languages (German, French, Spanish, Italian) or Arabic preferred

  • Superior verbal and written communication skills as well as strong facilitation and presentation skills.

  • Executive presence and ability build trust and deliver value

  • Comfortable to lead and manage ambiguous situations

  • A natural collaborator and team player
